- Project Description
- Bentleigh Secondary College has worked with Storm Sustainability to gain funding under Community Water Grants round 2, 3 and Green Vouchers. Through this funding Bentleigh has installed a 49,000 litre and a 125,000 litre water tank. The harvested rainwater is being used for toilet flushing, greatly reducing the schools mains water use. A later installation of KISSS sub-surface irrigation has been installed under the soccer field covering 7,308m2.
