Water Management Assessment
Our on-site assessment will determine how much your water supply can be increased with the water resources you have on your site. This includes an evaluation of capturing rainwater, storm water, well water, grey water and other natural water sources. A detailed design defining the scope, line-item costs and timing to install your customized solution will be prepared.
Design & Installation Services
Leveraging our industry experience from over a thousand installations, Storm personnel will design and implement your solution from assessment through installation and testing. When required our professionals can also join larger commercial project teams as a cohesive and highly productive sub-contractor.
We also offer pre-configured packaged water management solutions that enable Developers, Builders and General Contractors the capability of offering these highly desirable solutions.
Servicing & Online Monitoring
Six months after installation, we provide a free service visit to inspect your water management solution. Under our service program, we recommend a quarterly inspection, which includes the following checks:
• Control box and pump check;
• Filter check and replacement, where necessary;
• Complete systems check;
• Sump pit check if applicable;
• Recommendations for any further servicing as required;
• Completion of a full service report for your records.
Where internet connectivity is available, we also offer online monitoring of your water management solution that includes:
• Water storage level;
• On-site water captured from your roof and other sources;
• Volume and usage of outgoing water;
• Integration into other renewable energy (Solar, Gas, etc) monitoring if applicable;
• Landscape irrigation optimization
Landscape and Living Architecture Services
Storm Sustainability offers through it’s partnership with Design Ecology full landscaping and living architecture services including living roofs, living walls as well as Storm’s water management, efficiency, leak detection and reuse reviews.
